Assuming the mantle of accountability, the Student Activity Council (SAC) at Sagar Group of Institutions - SIPTec-R Ratibad pledged to work tirelessly to improve and enrich the institute's culture, decorum, and discipline. The Investiture Ceremony for the newly formed SAC 2024-25 was brimming with zeal and enthusiasm.

We bid a fond farewell to the outgoing council, recognizing their flawless execution of duties throughout their tenure by presenting them with certificates of appreciation. Additionally, the ex-council heads handed over the SAC Flag and the Council Book to the new President.

Sagar Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology & Research (SIPTec-R) hosted an insightful lecture on Nanomaterials on Ocular Drug Delivery System. The event brought together students, faculty, and researchers to delve into the latest advancements in this field.

Renowned expert, Dr. Vivek Dave, former Dean and Head of the Department of Pharmacy at Central University of South Bihar, Gaya, Bihar delivered a comprehensive lecture on the potential of nanomedicine in ocular drug delivery. The session provided valuable insights into the assessment and clinical applications of nanomaterials in treating various eye diseases.

हर वर्ष की तरह इस वर्ष भी सिस्टेक परिवार ने "भजन संध्या" का आयोजन हर्ष और उल्लास के साथ किया । दीपावली के कुछ दिनों पहले होने वाले इस आयोजन ने हम सबके मन में अपना एक विशिष्ट स्थान बना लिया है, और इस बार भी सागर ग्रुप ऑफ़ इस्टीट्यूशन - सिस्टेक गांधी नगर और रातीबड़ द्वारा भजन संध्या का आयोजन दिनांक 23.10.24 को किया गया। 

दिवाली के पावन पर्व  के उपलक्ष में आयोजित इस भजन संध्या में चेयरमैन श्री सुधीर कुमार अग्रवाल के साथ ही सागर ग्रुप के विभिन्न उपक्रमों के पदाधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम में सम्मिलित सभी ने सुरमई भजनों का आनंद लिया।

भजन संध्या परमात्मा के और निकट जाने का माध्यम साबित हुई, जहां सभी ने ईश्वर के अपने सबसे प्रिय रूप का भजनों के द्वारा आवाह्न किया। गणेश वंदना से शुरू हुई श्रृंखला ने शक्ति स्वरूपा माँ दुर्गा, भोलेनाथ, श्री कृष्ण, राधा, पवनसुत हनुमान और श्री राम की स्तुति तक का सफ़र तय किया। कुछ प्रस्तुतियों ने मन की शक्ति का भी संदेश दिया। सभी श्रोतागणों में भक्तिमय माहौल से एक नई ऊर्जा और नई उमंग का संचार हुआ और कोई भी अपनी तालियों की ताल को रोक नहीं सका। संध्या का समापन समूह हुनमान चालीसा पाठ के साथ हुआ जिसके पश्चात सभी ने भोजन प्रसादी ग्रहण की।

Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec Ratibad had the privilege of hosting a soulful musical session organized by SPIC MACAY- Bhopal Chapter. The renowned music maestro, Dhrupad vocalist Pt. Uday Bhawalkar Ji mesmerized the session with a range of Dhrupad ragas. The students and the teachers attended the event.

He not only enthralled the students with his performance but also educated them about the rich heritage of music and reinforced the significance of preserving traditional music and promoting cultural awareness. It was an engaging interactive session. Pandit Ji answered the students' queries and encouraged them to absorb Indian classical music as a legacy.

Carrying on with the tradition of The Sagar Group, a Staff Induction Program was conducted to welcome the new 'Sagarites' of SISTec Gandhi Nagar & Ratibad campuses and generate in them a feeling of belongingness for the organization.

The event started off with the ceremonial lamp lighting in the presence of Director Sagar Group of Institutions SISTec Dr. Jyoti Deshmukh, Director Development Sagar Group of Institutions SISTec Ms. Aditi Lunawat, Principal SISTec Gandhi Nagar Dr. Dinesh Kumar Rajoriya, Principal SISTec Ratibad Dr. Manish Billore, Principal SIPTec Dr. Kuldeep Ganju, Principal SIPTec-R Dr. Jitendra Bajaj, and Vice-Principal SISTec Gandhi Nagar Dr. Swati Saxena.

The event continued with the Sagar Group video followed by a presentation on Sagar Group and SISTec by Ms. Neha Nanwani (Manager HR, SISTec) and Ms. Rashi Paliwal (Asst. Manager HR, SISTec Ratibad) covering the HR policies.

In a series of sessions, the dignitaries gave inspiring words about the group culture, workings of SISTec colleges, duties & responsibilities; acclimatizing the faculty to the new environment, and getting them acquainted with the Group.

Sagar Glory 2024 marked the celebrations of Magnificent Placements in the presence of Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh Shri Rajendra Shukla Ji.

Shri Shukla inaugurated Sagar Glory by Lighting the Lamp in the presence of Shri Sudhir Kumar Agrawal Chairman of Sagar Group, Mr. Siddharth Sudhir Agrawal Managing Director of Sagar Group, Dr. Jyoti Deshmukh Group Director Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec, Dr. D K. Rajoria Principal SISTec, Dr. Manish Billore Principal SISTec Ratibad, Dr. Kuldeep Ganju Principal Sagar Group of Institutions-SIPTec, Dr. Jitendra Bajaj Principal SIPTec-R, Dr. Swati Saxena Vice Principal SISTec, Ms. Prachi Shrivastava Group Head Corporate Relations, esteemed faculties of SISTec and parents of children. Sagar Glory 2024 is a platform to celebrate placements and extend boundaries of skilling beyond horizons embedded with digital interventions. Shri Rajendra Shukla handed over the placement certificates to the students of SISTec who will be joining their companies in a short period. Motivating the students Shri Shukla said, "Students must have composure and patience and express themselves with confidence. Students should continue with hard work and break the shell of their comfort zone."

Sagar Group of Institutions-SIPTec & Sagar Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology & Research organized a pharmaceutical job fair,  in association with the Indian Pharmacy Graduates Association (IPGA) and seven leading pharmaceutical companies, marking a significant event for industry professionals.

A notable highlight of the event was the release of the e-magazine "The Galen," dedicated to advancements and innovations in the pharmaceutical field. Named after the ancient Greek physician Galen, the e-magazine aims to be a vital resource, featuring articles by industry experts and academics. Covering a wide array of topics, "Galen" promises to keep professionals informed about the latest trends, research, and expert insights, thereby enhancing their knowledge and keeping them abreast of industry developments.

The dynamic singing twin duo, Sukriti Kakar and Prakriti Kakar, popularly known as "SuPra" took center stage during 'SISTec Celebrity Night' on 27th April 2024. With high voltage sound and flashing lights, the Sukriti Kakar and Prakriti Kakkar gave a live performance in front of around 5000 students and made them crazy by singing many hit songs. With their musical voices and infectious energy, the Kakar sisters created an energetic musical atmosphere that had the students dancing. SuPra started the SISTec Celebrity Night concert with the song 'Kehndi Haan Kehandi Na', after which, they presented 'Hum Tum' compelling everyone present to dance. Their latest track 'Saath Tere' compelled everyone to switch on their flashlights and sway to the charming tune. In this series of energy-filled songs, Sukriti & Prakriti Kakar sang 'Gulabi Aankhen', 'Shape of You', 'Majnu', and 'Sona Lagda'. The playlist included their chart-topping tracks, including 'Jhoome Jo Pathan', 'Pehli Baar', 'Kya Kahen', 'Gazab Ka Hai Din', and 'Maafiyaan'.

The two-day annual techno-cultural fest “Sagar Euphoria” kicked off with great enthusiasm. This year the event was based on the theme “United Nations' Global Goals for Sustainable Development”.

The highlight of the program was the “SISTec Tejomay Samman” which was given to the leading institutions and personalities who have contributed by setting an example in sustainable development through their respective fields of work.

Academic Excellence Awards were conferred upon students with Highest Attendance, Branch Toppers, and Semester Toppers in the academic year 2023-24. GATE 2024 Qualified students and mentor Mr. Dhiraj Singh (Asst. Prof. in Dept. of Mechanical Engineering) were also felicitated on the occasion of Sagar Euphoria 2024.

The two days continued with various technical and cultural events like Robo Race, Robo War, Debate Competition, Drama, Face Painting, Student of the Year, Chitran (Poster Making), Darshika (Tech Rangoli), Photography, Cinematography, Junkyard (Best out of Waste), Fish Tank, Online Gaming, Ramp Walk, Nrityanjali and many more which engrossed students.

International Women's Day was celebrated at Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec & SIPTec-R Ratibad with a lot of excitement. The day kicked off with a short video showcasing the amazing female support staff and faculty members on campus. The students even busted out some dance moves to celebrate womanhood.

The fun didn't stop there - we played games like Truths & Lies and Balloon Dancing to keep the energy high. We also launched a new program called "Parivartan," where we gave basic stationery items to our female support staff and students pledged to help teach them. It's a year-long initiative aimed at seeing how learning new skills can boost their confidence and daily lives.

Overall, it was a fantastic day filled with laughter, dancing, and most importantly, celebrating the incredible women in our community. Cheers to all the strong and inspiring ladies out there!

Sagar Group of Institutions' Sagar Institute of Pharmacy & Technology (SIPTec) and Sagar Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology & Research (SIPTec-R) jointly celebrated National Science Day focusing on Indigenous Technology on Viksit Bharat.

(Principal SIPTec) Dr. Kuldeep Ganju gave an inspiring speech on the importance of Science and how pharmacists are making use of it. Along with this Dr. Gopal Patel spoke about endophytes, and Ms. Trapti Shrivastava discussed genetic engineering. The event was filled with enlightening presentations and promising visions for a technologically advanced India.

Trust and unity are crucial elements within an organization, and a Corporate Retreat is the perfect opportunity to foster both. On January 26th, 2024, the management of SISTec Gandhi Nagar and SISTec Ratibad Campuses organized a delightful outing for all staff members at Lands End Resort. This day was dedicated to pure enjoyment, with a generous serving of fun, food, and masti.

The picnic was planned by the HRs of both campuses, Ms. Neha Nanwani and Ms. Rashi Paliwal. Their goal was to provide a much-needed break from the daily grind and allow everyone to unwind in a different setting, far away from the campus and its usual hustle and bustle.

To add an extra layer of excitement, a variety of games were organized for everyone to participate in. Laughter and joy filled the air as all the members wholeheartedly embraced the opportunity to immerse themselves in the resort's lush green jungle surroundings.

Sagar Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology & Research (SIPTec-R) hosted a guest lecture on the "Present Status of Pharmacovigilance in India". The esteemed speaker for the event was Miss Arnica Jain, currently serving as a Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance Associate at AIIMS and J.P. District Hospital Bhopal, under the Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI), Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

This enlightening session provided the first-year B.Pharm students with valuable insights into the field of pharmacovigilance, adverse drug reactions (ADRs), and the comprehensive framework established by the World Health Organization (WHO). They gained a deeper understanding of the significant impact pharmacovigilance has on the public healthcare system, as well as India's pivotal role in generating a comprehensive database and detecting potential signals.

Overall, the guest lecture served as a platform for students to expand their knowledge and grasp the importance of pharmacovigilance in ensuring patient safety and enhancing the overall quality of healthcare in India.

With this profound quote by John Ruskin, Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec Gandhi Nagar and Ratibad Campuses conducted their 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The event was gracefully hosted by Ms. Mohita Joshi, Assistant Professor at SISTec Gandhi Nagar, and Mr. Anish Saxena, Corporate Trainer at SISTec Ratibad. They commenced the ceremony by inviting esteemed dignitaries to participate in the lamp-lighting ceremony, seeking the choicest blessings of Maa Saraswati.

Director, SISTec Colleges Dr. Jyoti Deshmukh began the meeting with a warm welcome and set the tone for the event by emphasizing the SGI Annual Theme of fostering a Quality Learning Environment, implementing Quality Processes, and achieving Quality Outcomes at SISTec.

Following this, the faculties and staff were felicitated for their exceptional dedication towards educating students and nurturing the well-being of the Institute over the past 10 and 15 years. The NPTEL Achievers were also recognized and honored during this momentous occasion. In an inspiring address, Shri Siddharth Sudhir Agrawal, the Managing Director of Sagar Group, emphasized the importance of continuous improvement and the need to strive for excellence.

A keynote session was delivered by our esteemed Chief Guest, Shri Manu Srivastava, IAS - Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Madhya Pradesh. He commended SISTec for its remarkable initiatives towards educational advancement.

Continuing forward Principal SISTec Gandhi Nagar Dr. D.K. Rajoriya and Principal, SISTec Ratibad Dr. Manish Billore addressed the crucial topic of Academics and Training & Placement respectively emphasizing the need for mass participation and strategic reinvention. Following this, the collaborative presentations commenced with the participation of Heads of Departments (HODs) from both campuses. The Civil Department initiated the presentations, which were then followed by the Computer Science & Allied Departments, Electronics & Communication, Electrical and Electrical & Electronics, First Year, MBA, Mechanical, and finally, Pharmacy.

We were honored to have the esteemed Chairman, Shri Sudhir Kumar Agrawal, who commended the exceptional work of everyone involved. The evening concluded with closing remarks from Vice-Principal Dr. Swati Saxena of SISTec Gandhi Nagar.

In the enchanting garden of Sagar Group of Institutions, our bright-eyed first-year engineering and pharmacy students were treated to an electrifying welcome at the Freshers Party 2K23, orchestrated by their awe-inspiring seniors. The festivities commenced with a mesmerizing welcome dance performance by the senior students, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening.

As the music filled the air, the new students took center stage, captivating the audience with their dazzling ramp modeling skills. The dance floor pulsated with an infectious energy as students unleashed their inner groove to the hottest beats of the moment.

Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec Gandhi Nagar and Ratibad Campuses conducted the third iteration of SISTec HeadStart 3.0 —The Industry-Academia Forum. This year the event witnessed the presence of all CXOs, who are the trendsetters in the industry with their practices. The platform became much more engaging when the industry stalwarts shared their experiences, thoughts, and insights with the students of SISTec.The event went on with two rounds of panel discussions with the Industry Stalwarts on getting prepared for India 2030 with Trending Technologies. All CTO/CEOs and Senior people from Corporate took us on a level-up an extreme level thought process which enabled us to set the 2030 vision on sustainability, technology, IQ & EQ, and business minds and leadership approach ensures some brain feed to our budding Engineers.

The Student Activity Council (SAC) organized "Know Your Campus 4.0", an exclusive event for first-year hostel students. This was a treasure-hunt-style event where the students were given a questionnaire, with clues hidden within the college campus. The students needed to venture into different parts of the college to uncover the answers, all within 30 minutes. The fastest team with the most correct answers was declared the winner
