Sagar Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology and Research (SIPTec-R), Ratibad, Bhopal celebrated World Pharmacist Day 2026 with great enthusiasm, on the theme of "Empowering Pharmacists for a Healthier Future". The event was a vibrant blend of education, creativity, and professional commitment, featuring a range of exciting activities and competitions for students: E-Poster Making Competition; Handmade Poster Presentation Competition; Oral Presentation Competition; Pharmacist Oath Ceremony. The Pharmacist Oath Ceremony was a proud and deeply meaningful moment, emphasizing the ethics, professional responsibilities, and lifelong commitment of our future pharmacists towards the health and well-being of society. The event also sparked important discussions on community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, rational and safe use of medicines, and the evolving role of pharmacists in building a healthier society. With active participation from students and faculty alike, the programme served as an excellent platform to enhance knowledge, creativity, and professional ethics among the pharmacy professionals of tomorrow.
